Job Description

Situated onsite in Sunrise, Florida, the Florida Panthers are seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Mobile App to guide the day-to-day development of the Panthers GameDay App. You will translate the director’s strategic roadmap into quarterly plans, maintain a globally visible backlog, and orchestrate cross-functional launches that elevate the fan experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product requirements process by running discovery sessions with cross-functional partners, drafting clear PRDs, and securing sign-off from the relevant teams before work begins.
  • Convert the Director’s strategic roadmap into quarterly plans, sprint-level priorities, and a well-maintained backlog that remains visible to the entire organization.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for strategic counterparts, providing direction and resolving questions so engineers can execute without disruption.
  • Refine and institutionalize the agile product development rhythm, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews/demos, and monthly roadmap check-ins.
  • Enhance delivery predictability and visibility so internal stakeholders always know what is shipping, when, and why.
  • Lead formal design reviews and ensure experience flows are agreed upon and documented prior to engineering work.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across ticketing, premium experiences, food & beverage, and operations to align feature requirements and ensure operational readiness for new capabilities.
  • Coordinate go-to-market for new features by partnering with Marketing, PR, and Guest Services to develop rollout plans, staff enablement materials, and launch playbooks.
  • Manage the communications channel between product and the broader Panthers organization, including roadmap updates, release notes, and stakeholder demos.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of product management experience, including time in a startup or small-team environment where you built or improved processes.
  • Strong consumer mobile app product experience with shipped features and a clear understanding of user experience, retention, and engagement.
  • Background in personalization engines, context-aware UX, and content management systems and how they combine to create cohesive digital experiences.
  • Knowledge of agentic AI and where autonomous, intelligent automation adds value across customer-facing and operational layers of a product.
  • Proficiency in agile product development, including sprint ceremonies, backlog management, estimation, and dependency tracking.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation for engineers and sign-off from non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating without a playbook; capable of identifying the next best step in ambiguous situations and creating structure where none exists.
  • A collaborative team player who builds trust with senior stakeholders, external partners, and operational teams, rallying everyone around a shared plan.
