Senior Product Manager - Packages

Capital One Travel is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Packages to own the consumer-facing funnel for the bundled flight plus hotel offering. This onsite role in New York provides an opportunity to drive rapid execution, experimentation, and AI-enabled prototyping to scale the inventory and related products. The position includes a performance-based incentive program as part of the compensation package.

Responsibilities

• Lead your own user research from discovery through validation
• Diagnose funnel performance with SQL to identify where improvements are needed
• Collaborate with design teams from the ground up to shape the user experience
• Draft clear specifications that engineering can implement
• Set up and analyze A/B experiments to optimize outcomes
• Build AI-assisted prototypes to accelerate learning and iteration
• Monitor how changes affect conversion and track the Packages P&L
• Own the consumer-facing side of the funnel as a Senior Product Manager on the team

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or Business or Marketing
• OR a Bachelor's degree in any field with 4 years of Product Management experience

• McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
• Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
