This role centers on owning a key customer-facing shopping guidance experience in Amazon Search, shaping the CX vision and roadmap, and coordinating with tech, science, infrastructure, and UX teams to run experiments and deliver solutions that enhance the shopping journey.

Responsibilities
- Own a key customer facing experience that provides shopping guidance to customers during their search journey
- Define the customer experience vision
- Develop an actionable product roadmap
- Collaborate with tech, science, infrastructure, and UX teams to rapidly test and implement solutions
- Work with global teams including internal Search customers and external tech partners to identify and prioritize needs
- Influence prioritization and alignment across the organization
- Synthesize diverse technologies and capabilities into high quality search experiences customers love
- Dive deep into data and apply strong analytical skills
- Prepare documentation for leadership
- Interact with technical software development teams
- Thrive in a collaborative, creative, analytical, and fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
