Responsibilities

• Lead product management activities from concept and planning through production, release, and end of life.
• Drive product innovation by combining technical expertise with creative problem solving to meet evolving client needs.
• Manage both commercial and internal products to ensure market demand alignment and support business growth.
• Design and develop product strategies, roadmaps, and specifications aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee lifecycle management, including modifications, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ideation and development processes.
• Apply Agile methodology to streamline development and improve delivery timelines.
• Coach and mentor team members to leverage their strengths and manage performance effectively.
• Analyze system components to identify linkages and interactions for optimized product solutions.
• Engage in difficult conversations with stakeholders to address conflicts and escalate issues when necessary.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
