Amazon.com Services LLC offers a Bellevue, Washington onsite Senior Product Manager role focused on Tech and Digital Acceleration. The position carries a salary range of USD 151,200 - 204,600 per year and a comprehensive benefits package. You will own the product vision and roadmap for digital subscription experiences across Amazon's digital ecosystem, leading end-to-end strategy for core shopping and transactional customer experiences on Amazon.com and the mobile app. You will collaborate with UX, engineering, and more than 35 digital client teams to deliver a unified, customer-first experience at scale.

Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision and roadmap, translating customer insights and business priorities into a clear, sequenced strategy spanning 1-3 years
- Define a multi-year product and technical strategy across owned and dependent tech systems
- Experiment and test hypotheses using data driven outcomes, designing and executing weblabs and A/B experiments to validate decisions, measure customer impact, and iterate based on statistical significance
- Collaborate with UX to define best-in-class UI enhancements, translating customer insights and strategy into intuitive interface improvements on Amazon.com and mShop
- Deliver precise feature requirements, partnering with engineering to accelerate delivery of customer experiences, resolve technical dependencies, and ensure high-quality, on-time execution
- Make trade-off decisions with rigor, applying customer experience tenets and business metric guardrails, escalating when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
