Job Description

Senior Product Manager, Tech for Cross Border leads end-to-end ownership of technical product offerings, defines requirements, builds roadmaps, and delivers data-driven, customer-focused solutions in a cross-functional environment.

Location: Seattle, WA (onsite)

Salary: USD 151,200 - 204,600 per year

Minimum experience: 6 years

Education: Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute scalable business plans and product requirements, acting as a business owner to align outcomes with strategic goals and customer value.
  • Define customer experience (CX) and shopping journey strategies to optimize engagement and conversion across touchpoints.
  • Leverage Gen AI tools including Kiro, Claude, and Agent Spaces to conduct analyses and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery, managing milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Build data-driven product strategies by translating analytics into actionable roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.
  • Communicate clearly with senior management, presenting KPIs, tradeoffs, and progress updates.
  • Maintain a relentless customer focus by incorporating feedback loops and usability insights into product decisions.
  • Balance strategic vision with hands-on, detailed execution to ship iterative improvements.
  • Collaborate across teams throughout the organization to align objectives and secure buy-in.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SQL to profile data and support self-sufficient decision making.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Proven experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience delivering features and evaluating the tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions about technology decisions and product strategy.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Experience representing diverse customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
  • 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
