Sr. Technical Product Manager
Job Description
Drive execution and delivery of strategic product initiatives for the Xumo Play streaming experience while coordinating across product, engineering, UX, QA, data, and platform partners.
Responsibilities
- Act as the voice of the customer across the product lifecycle, translating customer needs and business objectives into requirements and roadmap priorities
- Run market research, customer analysis, and competitive assessments to guide product decisions and identify improvements for Xumo Play
- Partner with engineering, UX, QA, and data to deliver customer-facing features on schedule
- Support roadmap planning for enhancements across Xumo Play, including content discovery, personalization, user accounts, profiles, and other customer-facing capabilities
- Collaborate with Comcast partner organizations to align on shared platform initiatives, including user accounts, authentication, profiles, child safety, privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Communicate customer needs, market trends, opportunities, and product priorities while advocating for work that improves engagement and business outcomes
- Assess product opportunities, technical feasibility, and dependencies to prioritize roadmap investments and deliver customer value
- Lead cross-functional product initiatives by coordinating stakeholders across Xumo and Comcast to drive execution and successful delivery
- Recommend process, product, or service improvements by anticipating business challenges, customer needs, and evolving regulatory requirements
- Contribute to product planning and roadmap execution using customer insights, product analytics, and collaboration with senior product leadership
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; must be able to work nights and weekends with variable schedules as necessary
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience (minimum)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience managing consumer-facing digital products
- Experience with Connected TV (CTV), streaming media, or OTT product development
- Experience with mobile application product development (iOS and/or Android)
- Experience related to user identity, authentication, profiles, privacy, or account management capabilities (strong plus)
- Experience with personalization, recommendation systems, search, or content discovery
- Experience collaborating across large, matrixed organizations
- Experience partnering with engineering teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Work location/work arrangement: office based in Philadelphia, PA or Irvine, CA, 4 days/week & 1 day remote
