Technical Product Manager (TPM) – IT Infrastructure & Operations

The Technical Product Manager for IT Infrastructure and Operations defines, prioritizes, and delivers technology solutions that support core infrastructure and operational platforms. You will partner with IT, Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps that prioritize reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive execution of infrastructure and IT operations programs aligned with business priorities
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps and delivery plans across IT domains
- Translate business goals into technical requirements, milestones, and deliverables
- Lead end-to-end program execution including planning, scheduling, and risk management
- Coordinate across teams including Identity (Active Directory), Email, Collaboration, Endpoints, and Back-office systems
- Drive initiatives such as migrations, upgrades, endpoint refresh, and identity modernization
- Ensure operational readiness and change coordination within ITIL frameworks
- Track program health, milestones, risks, and KPIs
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and cross-functional planning
- Communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years managing complex technical programs
- Experience working with Waterfall, Kanban, and Azure DevOps methodologies
- Experience in IT infrastructure or operations environments
- Demonstrated ownership of a product, feature set or domain from discovery through launch and adoption
- Experience working day-to-day with software engineers and designers in an agile environment, with a predictable shipping cadence
- Strong program management and execution skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
- Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure domains
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to balance technical, operational, and business priorities
- Proactive problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Able to create clarity in complex domains and build alignment without direct authority
