Technical Product Owner

Technical Product Owner role in Agawam, MA (hybrid) with a pay rate of $59-$60 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Offer daily product leadership, guidance, and mentorship to product managers, product owners, product evangelists, technical writers, and UX/UI collaborators.
• Serve as the senior escalation contact for product-related solutions, guiding decisions among product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Steer cross-functional go-to-market planning and commercialization, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success to boost adoption, revenue, and market reach.
• Make portfolio-level decisions informed by business performance, market dynamics, and customer needs.
• Facilitate trade-off discussions balancing investment, timelines, scope, and customer value.
• Coordinate delivery timelines and development activities across cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-budget product releases.
• Contribute to both short-term and long-term strategic planning for market direction and product vision.
• Support and facilitate the PDLC to translate customer and market requirements into compelling, market-driven product solutions.
• Lead and support sales enablement and product knowledge initiatives for internal teams and partners, including distributors, VARs, and integrators.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to enable product launches and promotional efforts.

Compensation

• Hourly rate: USD 59.00 - 60.00 per hour
