Treasury Product Manager I

Join Bank of America’s Global Payments Platform Team in Charlotte, NC (onsite) and help shape the future of global payments within Global Payments Solutions (GPS). This Treasury Product Manager role is focused on end-to-end product management for the bank’s global payments and FX platform, with opportunities to influence platform evolution across key markets and support the global payments franchise strategy.

Compensation: USD 105,700 - 164,700 per year. Hours: 40 hours per week. Shift: 1st shift (United States of America).

What you’ll do

• Monitor capacity and performance across the existing Global Payments footprint.
• Partner with Technology and Operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
• Assess the payments landscape to understand emerging technologies, regulatory requirements, and client needs.
• Participate in creating and implementing the target-state payments strategy.
• Own the scope and business requirements for future payment deployments, including adding to existing markets or entering new ones.
• Help govern schedules and budgets for future deployments.
• Prioritize defects and support defect management throughout deployment.
