Responsibilities

• Define and advocate the product vision as the voice of the customer, applying a human-centered design approach.
• Shape and manage the product roadmap and backlog to continuously deliver on client needs and priorities.
• Validate ideas through ongoing feedback loops, translating learnings into timely direction changes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the product domain.
• Coordinate and guide the team to operate effectively and deliver outcomes.
• Own team decisions and accountability for outcomes.
• Engage with multiple teams to align goals and drive progress.
• Contribute to key product decisions and strategic direction.
• Provide practical solutions to issues within the immediate team and across teams.
• Leverage Veeva Vault as the core technology to enable product delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Ownership with Agile project management and distributed Agile development (ADM).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Pharma R&D Clinical Systems, specifically Veeva Vault.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). If holding an Associate Degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is required.
• Technology: Veeva Vault.
