Job Description
Serco North America is seeking an Agile Product Manager to support the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JPO) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH on an onsite basis. In this role, you will provide product management support across logistics information systems and data enterprise efforts that help Maintenance Systems PMO capabilities throughout the F-35 acquisition lifecycle.
You will work closely with stakeholders to improve product outcomes for systems including ALIS, ODIN, PHM, and LogIS/Data Enterprise, supporting both modernization and sustainment needs. The position includes regular onsite collaboration at the JPO and may require additional presence for customer-driven needs.
What you’ll do
- ALIS: Support the Maintenance Systems PMO by assisting with ALIS as a central point of entry and standard operating units for unclassified and classified F-35 ground-based systems, including hardware, software, and related peripheral equipment used for ground-based Air System management.
- ODIN: Assist the Maintenance Systems PMO in providing authority for developing, demonstrating, product support planning, producing, and fielding the modernized F-35 maintenance and logistics information system.
- PHM: Help enable onboard and off-board software used to diagnose and life manage the F-35 AV and engine, in coordination with the Maintenance Systems PMO.
- LogIS/Data Enterprise: Aid the Maintenance Systems PMO in improving data quality and integration by evaluating the delivery and execution of Sustainment Data Products (SDPs), identifying, prioritizing, and fixing defects.
- LogIS/Data Enterprise: Support transformation of data by facilitating movement of source data into an integrated data environment.
- LogIS/Data Enterprise: Support acquisition efforts by developing documents and supporting proposal evaluation and contracting negotiations to capture data quality requirements.
- Onsite collaboration: Provide onsite support at the F-35 JPO at Wright Patterson AFB, OH no less than 2 days per week. Exact onsite days must be coordinated with the F-35 customer and approved by your Serco manager.
- Customer needs: Onsite days at the JPO office, including ad hoc meetings, may increase to support customer requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to provide onsite support at the F-35 JPO in Wright Patterson AFB, OH no less than 2 days per week, with exact days coordinated with the F-35 customer and approved by your Serco manager (onsite days including ad hoc meetings may increase to support customer needs).
- Active DoD Secret Security clearance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline plus 4 years of recent work experience as a product owner, or an Associate’s degree plus 4 additional years of work experience (total 8 years).
- DoD Logistics and Prognostic Health solutions experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile methods and frameworks.
- Working knowledge of software development, life cycle, and architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement work environments and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining team morale.
- Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, including translating business needs into software requirements and stories.
- Demonstrated success managing iterative projects spanning multiple quarters or years.
- Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency with analytics tools, Microsoft Suite, Jira, Confluence, and Mattermost.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Experience creating products and working in the Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (data types, formulas, and functions in workbooks), Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with a task management tool such as ETMS2.

Compensation and benefits
Salary range: USD 85,032 - 141,720 per year.
