Job Description

HCA Healthcare, through its ITG Accelerated Technologies group, is hiring an Associate Product Manager to guide products from early ideas through launch and ongoing support. • Facilitate agile scrum practices and contribute to ceremonies across dependent product teams.
  • Apply user-centered design methods, including UX research, design sprints, story mapping, and prototyping.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements using data-driven insights and stakeholder input, balancing near-term needs with the longer-term roadmap.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, users, and other product teams.
  • Track market and industry trends in healthcare and technology, including artificial intelligence and data science, to inform strategy and innovation.
  • Monitor roadmaps of key business and technical enabling teams to ensure relevant considerations are reflected in product strategy.
  • Support compliance with security, privacy, and responsible AI policies, standards, and procedures as applicable throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Communicate risks, blockers, and roadmap status proactively, and recommend mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Maintain visibility into current priorities and future plans, including roadmaps and backlogs.
  • Measure and communicate value delivery, KPI performance, and OKR achievement to key stakeholders.
  • Advocate for scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that reduce insurance denials and improve patient care coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and practice the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.”
