Business Analyst, Product Operations (Transplant Diagnostics)

Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across the product lifecycle from development through launch
- Assist product managers with data analysis, reporting, and the creation of dashboards to track product performance and usage
- Maintain accurate product documentation, pricing, and system data across multiple tools and platforms
- Drive process improvements and standardization within product operations
- Support business case development, including forecasting and financial modeling
- Contribute to market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure compliance and launch readiness
- Help develop internal training materials and serve as a resource for product-related inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences is required; MBA or relevant product management experience is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role within the Life Sciences industry
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening
- Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle management, including development,.launch, and discontinuation processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven decision mindset
- Proficiency with process development methods and tools, and a track record of managing complex projects
- Capability to convey technical information clearly and present to others
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills for global interaction with colleagues and customers
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic and international)

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this California-based position is $72,600 to $108,900 per year. There may be a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance in line with company policy. A comprehensive Total Rewards package is available to U.S. colleagues and their families.
