Chiller Product Manager
Job Description
LG Electronics is looking for a Chiller Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of its chiller products, from initial concept through end of life. This onsite role in Alpharetta, GA partners with design, manufacturing, testing, quality, and marketing to shape pricing, market strategy, and the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Own activities from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.
- Serve as the central liaison with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as products move to production and distribution.
- Oversee the full lifecycle, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance of the product line.
- Develop business plans and product positioning, conduct market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs.
- Establish pricing strategies for the product line.
- Deeply understand the customer experience, identify gaps, and generate ideas to grow market share and improve satisfaction.
- Create buy-in for the product vision internally and with key external partners.
- Develop pricing and positioning strategies for the products.
- Translate product strategies into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to accelerate time-to-market.
- Lead product launches in coordination with marketing, executives, and other product teams.
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on products and services.
- Engage in detailed calibration and performance testing of new LG models and competitive models.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience; background in high-tech, competitive intelligence, product management, strategic marketing, or strategy/management consulting is preferred.
- Working knowledge of business planning and analysis concepts (Business Indexes: COI, WOS, Sales Deduction) is a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
- Financial modeling using Microsoft Excel for pricing and promotions strategies is strongly recommended.
- Bilingual Korean/English is required.
