Job Description

Director of Product Operations at Ledgent Technology, a hybrid role based in Denver, CO, reporting to the Chief Product Officer and coordinating across Product, Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Own the multi-platform release calendar to synchronize launches and deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop scalable operating rhythms, launch governance, readiness processes, and post-release review frameworks.
  • Build and manage the operational backbone of the product organization, including cadence, decision rights, escalation paths, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Implement tools, automation, and AI-enabled workflows that boost team efficiency, speed decision-making, and deepen customer insights.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered on time and with impact.
  • Design and maintain executive-level scorecards linking product initiatives to KPIs, timelines, and business outcomes.
  • Monitor post-launch product performance and value realization to assess whether investments delivered the expected impact.
  • Partner with senior leadership and Finance to support product investment planning, growth initiatives, and market expansion opportunities.
  • Develop reporting frameworks that provide visibility into product health, adoption, customer value, revenue impact, and retention.
  • Own internal communications of product strategies, priorities, roadmaps, and launch activities.
  • Ensure customer-facing teams are informed, prepared, and equipped to communicate product changes effectively.
  • Bridge gaps between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to drive successful launches and customer outcomes.
  • Translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable updates for executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy and Operations, or similar roles within software or SaaS.
  • Proven track record leading complex cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
  • Experience designing outcome-based measurement frameworks and linking product investments to business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, BI platforms, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities, including experience presenting to executive audiences.
