Responsibilities
- Own the Product P&L and drive high-quality growth within the alternative rails portfolio
- Define the vision, international strategy, and global roadmap for the product line in light of growing use of emerging payment rails
- Identify new growth opportunities through market discovery, build business cases, advocate for internal investment, and shape Go-to-Market strategies
- Lead the full lifecycle of product launches, including planning, execution, and risk management
- Manage executive stakeholder relationships, regularly communicating strategy, progress, and performance to senior leadership
- Conduct product discussions with institutional clients, representing the bank’s interests and expertise
- Represent JPMorgan in industry forums and lead market advocacy to influence the payments landscape
- Collaborate with risk, controls, legal, and compliance to maintain a robust risk and controls environment and a stable platform
- Partner with technology teams on a multiyear strategic roadmap, guiding products from concept through delivery and post-release
- Monitor market trends, perform competitive analysis, and identify differentiation opportunities to meet business objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with a strong track record of ownership and accountability for Product P&L and business growth
- Familiarity with payment rail buying behavior of institutional clients across Corporate, Banks, Non-Bank FIs, Payments Fintech, and Innovation Economy segments
- Fundamental understanding of clearing house rules
- Global mindset for international product expansion and thought leadership in emerging payments
- Experience driving collaboration with global, cross-cultural teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including presenting strategy and performance updates to senior executives
