Own strategy and delivery for Hilton’s Property Management System (PEP) capabilities in a contract Product Manager role.

Define and communicate product vision and strategy for assigned PEP capabilities, aligned to the broader platform roadmap
Own end-to-end product lifecycle, from intake through delivery and continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and execute against business and platform goals
Convert business needs into clear, high-quality product requirements in partnership with Product Owners and engineering teams
Maintain strong understanding of the end-to-end user experience, using customer feedback, research, and operational insights to guide product decisions
Create stakeholder clarity and alignment by communicating trade-offs, risks, and progress in a structured, transparent way

Proven experience operating in a complex, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
Strong Agile experience, including writing user stories and managing backlogs
Ability to manage multiple workstreams while staying focused on outcomes and priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence across technical and non-technical audiences
Capability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Willingness to travel up to 10%
7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology, Customer Experience, or a related field
3+ years of hospitality experience, either on-property or in a corporate role
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
Agile or Scrum certification is a plus
