Product Manager, Account Linking Enrollment Verification
Job Description
The Product Manager will own end-to-end enrollment verification capabilities within the Account Linking program (Cobrand Cards), guiding strategy, delivery, and performance measurement to optimize customer experiences and portfolio growth.
Responsibilities
- Define the strategy and roadmap for enrollment verification within the Account Linking program.
- Manage end-to-end product delivery from discovery to launch and iteration, including requirements, user stories, and release readiness.
- Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Data analytics teams to deliver secure, high-performing customer experiences.
- Establish and monitor KPI definitions, dashboards, and test-and-learn approaches for linking and verification outcomes.
- Set up control routines and ensure releases have adequate test evidence and documentation.
- Own KPI reporting, stakeholder updates, and ongoing data quality management.
- Lead incident triage and remediation prioritization to improve operational stability and monitoring.
- Translate customer, partner, and business needs into scalable API-based solutions and data integrations.
- Improve verification outcomes and reduce friction through disciplined delivery and measurable results.
- Drive analytics-driven decision making to support profitable portfolio growth.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and partner-facing teams.
Requirements
- At least eight years of relevant experience in credit card and payments product management, including issuer, network, or consulting backgrounds.
- Proven expertise in digital customer journeys and conversion optimization with a strong focus on controls and risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch and sustained post-launch performance.
- Strong analytics and performance measurement discipline, including KPI development, funnel analysis, and test-and-learn methodologies.
- Experience partnering with engineering teams on API-based solutions and data integrations.
- Proficiency with Agile practices and tooling, including backlog management, writing user stories, and sprint ceremonies; familiarity with JIRA.
