Product Manager – Sales & Manufacturer Liaison

Tofasco of America in La Verne, CA is seeking a Product Manager and Sales & Manufacturer Liaison to help keep product work moving smoothly from customer conversations to overseas development. In this onsite role, you will work closely with Sales and international manufacturing partners, ensuring that priorities, timelines, and feedback are documented and shared clearly across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day product support partner to Sales.
• Document customer needs, sales feedback, and product requests with clarity and accuracy.
• Share organized product updates, timelines, and follow-ups with sales and customers.
• Communicate directly with overseas manufacturers regarding development progress.
• Provide clear written feedback, improvement ideas, and execution instructions.
• Track open items and follow up consistently until resolution.
• Ensure all changes, approvals, and timelines are properly documented.
• Maintain clear, structured product documentation and an up-to-date view of active projects.
• Summarize discussions and decisions so all parties remain aligned.
• Collect customer feedback, market input, and internal suggestions, then organize them into actionable recommendations for manufacturers.
• Support continuous product improvement through consistent communication.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong documentation and follow-up discipline.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple products and tasks.
• Comfort working with overseas partners.
• Proficiency in MS Office and product or project tracking tools.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to follow-through.

Preferred education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in product coordination, sales support, product management, or factory communication is a plus.
• Experience working with manufacturers or suppliers is highly desirable.

Language

• English.
• Mandarin bilingual strongly preferred (Mandarin preferred).

Location: La Verne, CA (onsite, in person).
Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
