Product Operations Coordinator

RELX (LeixNexis Risk Solutions) is seeking a Product Operations Coordinator to join the Photo team in Duluth, GA. In this hybrid role, you will help insurance customers by researching and coordinating with law enforcement agencies to obtain accident-related media, then ensuring that digital evidence is processed, secured, and delivered with the right level of accuracy and compliance.

This position supports a production environment where service levels, documentation, and secure handling of sensitive materials are essential.

What you’ll do

• Contact and research law enforcement agencies to support retrieval of accident-related media.
• Maintain communication with police departments to manage media requests and order status updates.
• Process, verify, and distribute media tied to police reports for insurance company customers.
• Review and manage digital evidence, which may include potentially graphic images related to motor vehicle accidents.
• Accurately document request activity while meeting production standards and service level expectations.
• Support media fulfillment through secure handling, including encryption and distribution of digital files.
• Prepare digital media for delivery, including copying files to encrypted USB devices.
• Generate shipping labels and coordinate outbound deliveries through UPS.
• Assist with incoming mail processing and other operational support tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data handling requirements when working with sensitive law enforcement materials.

What you bring

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday.
• Ability to meet production metrics.
• Strong organization skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience in criminal justice, insurance claims, call center, and/or police departments is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with law enforcement personnel.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfort working with sensitive and occasionally graphic content.
• Ability to meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time goals.

Salary: USD 36,700 - 61,300 per year.
