Job Description
The Product Operations Lead at Lululemon in Syracuse, NY is a store leadership role focused on executing the product strategy, overseeing inventory operations, and delivering a world-class guest experience. The position includes supervising on duty staff and influencing hiring decisions. Compensation ranges from USD 22 to 27 per hour. A minimum of 1 year of experience and a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent (or higher) are required.
Responsibilities
- Partner with store leadership to translate the product strategy into actionable in-store practices.
- Plan, prioritize, and lead inventory processing and accuracy efforts in line with standard operating procedures.
- Execute product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing when needed.
- Motivate and engage the team during inventory activities, fostering a positive and productive shift environment.
- Monitor product levels and share insights to support the sell-through strategy and ensure optimal guest product availability.
- Analyze daily business data and metrics, including sell-through trends, to advise store leadership on product focus and pricing where applicable.
- Support the store hiring process, including recruitment, candidate selection, onboarding, and training recommendations.
- Address team performance and support ongoing development through direct feedback, on-the-spot recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on guidance.
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team culture by building supportive relationships with colleagues.
- When serving as Supervisor on Duty during store hours, lead from the floor to deliver technical product education and a premier guest experience.

Work Context
- Work requires moving throughout the store, sometimes in the front-of-house area with bright lights and loud music, and other times in the back-of-house area lacking natural light.
- Collaborative team environment, with occasional independent work, and regular use of computers or technical devices.
- Occasional lifting of up to 30 lb (13.6 kg) and the use of ladders to access materials.
- For experiential stores with food or beverage service, exposure to industrial kitchen equipment and heat may occur.
