Product Owner, Digital Product
Job Description
Delta Airlines is seeking a Product Owner to advance Delta Vacations digital product initiatives in line with company strategic goals. This onsite role in Atlanta will partner closely with business and technology teams to manage the digital product roadmap, improve the user experience, and drive enhancements across the end-to-end customer journey.
Role overview
- Serve as Product Owner for Delta Vacations’ digital experience, managing digital product enhancements and cross-functional initiatives aligned to business goals and strategic priorities.
- Contribute to product vision and define success metrics, business outcomes, and product requirements for digital initiatives.
- Develop and maintain business requirements, user stories, customer journey maps, process flows, acceptance criteria, and launch readiness materials.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to support digital experience improvements.
- Support prioritization and management of the digital product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Analytics, Merchandising, Distribution, and Technology.
- Participate in product discovery using research, analytics, partner engagement, competitive analysis, and industry trends to identify opportunities and experience improvements.
- Define and optimize customer journeys using analytics, customer insights, testing, and experimentation to improve satisfaction, engagement, conversion, and revenue performance.
- Own business validation, user acceptance testing, launch activities, and post-launch measurement to ensure solutions meet intended customer experience and business outcomes.
- Think forward about how AI may improve products, decisions, workflows, and customer experiences.
- Follow all corporate and departmental policies or procedures and applicable governmental regulations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including potential cross-utilization within or across departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital/eCommerce, Marketing, or related field from a four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- More than 2 years working in digital product, e-commerce, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience with the digital product development lifecycle.
- 1-2 years of experience with digital platforms (web, mobile, e-commerce, etc.).
- Working knowledge of UX principles and conversion optimization.
- Project management experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Experience with web analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics) and using data to drive insights and performance optimization.
- Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Agile methodologies preferred.
- Travel and/or tourism industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Delta Vacations programs and brands preferred.
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

- High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- At least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation and schedule
- Salary range: USD 50,638 - 81,712 per year.
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand.

Work environment and travel

- Travel: Domestic and international travel to fulfill assigned responsibilities.
