Job Description
The Senior Digital Product Manager for Cards Monetization and Deepening at U.S. Bank leads the digital product vision, cross-channel strategy, and the delivery of integrated solutions to grow adoption and deepen customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Apply a data driven framework to prioritize the right work, maximizing value for users and internal partners.
- Continuously measure and optimize digital experiences to support seamless self service and human assisted interactions.
- Champion reusable capabilities to enable scalable solutions and faster time to market.
- Use market intelligence, competitive insights, customer needs, and internal priorities to define the digital product vision.
- Craft a best in class future state user journey and articulate how the experience drives competitive differentiation.
- Coordinate the digital product vision with other enabling functions to build an integrated delivery roadmap.
- Regularly re evaluate priorities during planning to optimize capacity for value creation.
- Use Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to steer roadmap priorities.
- Integrate digital products, platforms and capabilities to deliver business value through an improved user experience.
- Promote reuse and modernization of digital platforms across the enterprise to improve speed to market, operational efficiency, and compliance adherence.
- Guide digital product development by actively managing the roadmap through the agile delivery lifecycle.
- Leverage Discovery to evaluate the best ideas with a customer centric lens.
- Enable cross channel strategy across web, mobile, voice, and in person channels by delivering integrated digital solutions that grow adoption and engagement across both digital and human interactions.
- Identify initial and ongoing digital product-market fit through collaboration with cross functional teams, delivering research artifacts such as briefs, personas, story maps, prototypes, product charters, and experience maps.
- Develop a north star metric to connect business outcomes to customer value and align stakeholders around a single objective.
- Continuously track results against the NSM to manage performance and advance the product vision and strategy.
- Use NSM and leading indicators to optimize execution and keep teams focused on high value work.

- Focuses on driving value by building digital offer placements, deepening relationships with existing customers, and reducing friction to address attrition; emphasizes data intake to inform the product roadmap; coordinates with onshore and offshore teams to enable new features and launch new card products.
Location expectations
This role is hybrid. Team members in hybrid roles typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location, with flexibility for the remaining days.
