Senior Product Manager
Job Description
Clipboard is building a marketplace that evolves over time, and the Senior Product Manager role is central to how that evolution is understood and executed. You will own core marketplace domains including pricing, matching, reliability, and facility onboarding, turning firsthand customer and operational signals into a clear mental model and measurable priorities. The work combines product judgment with rigorous data thinking, supported by applied science partners who power the quantitative infrastructure behind the domain.
What you’ll own
- Core marketplace domains: pricing, matching, reliability, and facility onboarding
- Domain mental model grounded in customer conversations, support tickets, Salesforce, and internal data
- Metric strategy to determine whether the org is serving customers well, including defining proxies when needed and documenting limitations
- Improvement stewardship across research, experiments, core flow changes, and technical investments, with prioritization decisions that compound over time
- Ongoing visibility and documentation such as a one-page mental model your team can reference without you, plus a monthly check-in so engineers can make autonomous decisions and leadership can evaluate whether bets are correct
- Partnering with Applied Science to leverage quantitative infrastructure owned by the team, including pricing algorithms, causal models, and experiment frameworks
How success is evaluated
The goal is to run a domain where the right answer changes as the marketplace changes. Your mental model and prioritization are expected to be the most valuable artifacts your team relies on, especially when you need to decide what to do next and why.
Responsibilities in practice
- Build and maintain a mental model through analysis of customer conversations, support tickets, Salesforce, and internal data

- Share thinking consistently so teams can operate with clarity even when you are not in the room
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management, with marketplace experience preferred
