Sr Digital Product Manager
Job Description
Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Digital Product Manager to shape digital promotional and offer experiences across the company’s digital ecosystem. This role focuses on turning customer and commercial strategies into clear product direction, measurable outcomes, and scalable capabilities that help customers understand offers and value without unnecessary complexity.
What you’ll do
- Define product vision and digital promotional and offer strategy across the digital commerce ecosystem.
- Translate customer, marketing, and commercial strategies into product opportunities that improve customer value and support measurable business outcomes.
- Own and maintain a multi-year product roadmap using customer needs, commercial priorities, platform capabilities, and emerging digital trends.
- Identify cross-site and cross-platform opportunities, aligning product capabilities across organizational boundaries.
- Partner with other digital product leaders so promotional experiences work with key customer journey elements.
- Design experiences that help customers understand relevant offers, purchasing options, and value while minimizing cognitive load.
- Work with Digital Marketing, Pricing, and Commercial teams to determine how promotions, contract pricing, volume discounts, customer-specific programs, and other offers are represented digitally.
- Establish product principles for presenting and prioritizing multiple simultaneous customer messages so the most relevant information is understandable and actionable.
- Develop personalization strategies using signals such as customer profile, purchasing behavior, account context, contract status, product affinity, and more.
- Collaborate with UX and Research to understand how customers perceive pricing and promotional information, then use insights to simplify complex concepts.
- Advocate for the customer when marketing or commercial goals could lead to confusing, duplicative, or competing experiences.
- Serve as a strategic product partner to translate campaign and promotional objectives into scalable digital capabilities, not one-off experiences.
- Distinguish business requests from underlying customer or commercial problems, then identify the most effective product intervention.
- Create business justification for major investments, including expected customer impact, commercial value, opportunity cost, and measurable success criteria.
- Set product KPIs and outcome measures across promotional engagement, conversion, incremental revenue, margin impact, customer behavior, and experience quality.
- Lead experimentation plans, including hypotheses and experimentation strategies, to test whether promotional experiences drive incremental behavior rather than simply discounting existing demand.
- Use A/B testing, multivariate testing, customer research, and behavioral analytics to improve offer relevance and presentation.
- Define guardrail metrics to ensure conversion gains do not create unintended impacts on margin, trust, or long-term purchasing behavior.
- Turn performance data and customer insights into roadmap decisions and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Lead alignment across Digital Marketing, Pricing, Merchandising, Engineering, UX, Analytics, Legal, QA, Commercial teams, and other product organizations.
- Make and communicate prioritization decisions when customer, commercial, and technical needs compete for investment.
- Partner with Engineering and architecture leaders to evolve the technology and data capabilities needed for scalable promotional and personalization experiences.
- Maintain accountability for customer and business outcomes across the product lifecycle, not only feature delivery.
What you bring

- Experience using analytics, customer insights, and experimentation to make prioritization and investment decisions.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer and business problems into product strategy, measurable outcomes, and executable roadmaps.
- Strong communication skills to present strategy, recommendations, and trade-offs to both senior executives and technical teams.
Preferred experience
