Job Description
Senior Digital Product Manager, Homepage role at Patagonia in Ventura, CA with hybrid work arrangements, responsible for the homepage and related digital storytelling experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and advance product priorities to ensure a frictionless checkout and robust management of payment solutions.
- Revise the homepage to guide visitors efficiently to the right location while delivering engaging storytelling that deepens connection to the brand.
- Collaborate with Patagonia Action Works to build digital tools that enable activists to engage in conservation initiatives.
- Partner with Customer Business Technology, Finance, UX, Product Marketing, and Digital Studio to translate business needs into actionable product improvements and roadmaps.
- Create measurement frameworks for the homepage and storytelling content, covering web analytics, data governance, benchmarks, user feedback, and lifetime value impact.
- Apply quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and product performance, including conversion rate, payment-method adoption, customer mix, average order value, and repeat vs new purchases.
- Develop and refine self-service post-purchase experiences for returns, cancellations, refunds, and trade-ins.
- Translate complex digital and operational issues into clear product requirements and coordinated work across technical and business partners.
- Monitor outcomes, share insights, and use data to refine the roadmap, prioritization, and future post-purchase opportunities.
- Operate as an individual contributor in alignment with Patagonia’s Leadership Expectations for Leading Self, including building people and teams, driving results, exercising good judgement, and championing vision and purpose.

- Experience leading digital product work in ecommerce or related customer-facing digital environments.
- Strong product skills in digital product development, roadmapping, requirements gathering, backlog management, UX collaboration, and testing.
- Experience working on site design, storytelling content, and ecommerce experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to understand customer behavior and inform product decisions.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders such as Finance, UX, analytics/insights, Product Marketing, and technology teams.
- Familiarity with modern ecommerce systems and concepts, including payment processors, order/account experiences, returns workflows, and customer feedback loops.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate findings into priorities, reporting, and actionable product recommendations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading digital product work in ecommerce or related fields.

Workplace Location Overview
- Hybrid work arrangement with a standard schedule of on-site Tuesday through Thursday; remote on other days.

Hiring Range
Salary: USD 127,000 - 145,000 per year. Pay ranges are determined by location market median and may vary based on skills, experience, and budget.
