Sr. Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager will lead the vision and roadmap for WW Ops Finance Standardization & Automation, onsite in Bellevue, WA. This role owns Hydra products and partners with Finance, Engineering, and TPMs to build a scalable data ecosystem. The position offers a salary range of USD 136,000 to 184,100 per year and requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Be the ultimate owner of the product vision, strategy and execution for your product area.
• Create and manage the roadmap, prioritization frameworks, entitlement and success metrics
• Recruit customers to be part of advisors, share roadmap with customer stakeholders and partners
• Designing and implementing new processes to delight Finance customers at scale.
• Implement and manage a Product/Program Management framework that ensures completeness of requirements and communication with stakeholders through scalable mechanisms such as business reviews, news flashes, dashboards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products
