Job Description

Senior Reliability Product Manager focused on building internal tools and mechanisms to improve product reliability, quality, and supplier management for AWS infrastructure, onsite in Herndon, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements for reliability and quality metrics across products
  • Define Page 0 metrics for IRQ-supported products
  • Collaborate with partner teams to design tooling and tracking capabilities
  • Create tools to report metrics on a regular cadence and flag endemic issues
  • Develop a supplier qualification management tool for Long Lead Equipment (LLEs)
  • Implement a tracking system for 360-degree evaluations
  • Ensure proper quality and reliability evaluations are conducted
  • Establish data archiving processes and internal approval workflows
  • Develop reporting and compliance mechanisms
  • Collaborate with the EAM team to establish a tracking system for Tier 2 components
  • Forecast Tier 2 component lifespan to inform maintenance, replacement, and end-of-life planning

Requirements

  • At least five years of end-to-end product delivery experience
  • At least five years of technical product or program management experience
  • At least five years of mission critical facilities experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, product marketing, or business development
  • Proven experience owning and shaping roadmap strategy and definitions
