Job Description

Based onsite in Plano, Texas, JPMorganChase seeks a Vice President Product Manager responsible for customer acquisition and marketing platform digital products. This role guides the full product lifecycle, shapes the roadmap, and coordinates cross functional delivery to maximize customer value within the bank's digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain a clear product strategy and vision that drives customer value.
  • Oversee discovery activities and market research to identify customer needs and integrate them into the roadmap.
  • Own and continually refine the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Establish the technical framework and monitor key metrics including cost, features, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Foster relationships with engineering, architecture, analytics, automation, and cross-functional product teams to align needs and program goals.
  • Communicate the product direction clearly and often, outlining the questions and decisions required to deliver the right features.
  • Act as a central knowledge hub by connecting digital experience expertise with teams capable of delivering impact.
  • Function as a technical and customer problem solver by defining problems, mapping the platform within the Chase ecosystem, and evaluating technologies and approaches to meet objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end API product roadmap, including vision, development, risk management, and growth targets.
  • Lead discovery and development of API driven products and practices to improve the customer experience and accelerate business growth.
  • Coordinate complex initiatives across multiple domains, driving alignment, prioritization, sequencing, and strong partnerships with the Quad (Product, Experience, Tech/Architecture/Data & Analytics).

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of experience in product management or a related domain.
  • Deep knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end product life cycle activities from discovery and ideation through strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Ability to challenge conventional approaches, remove obstacles, and foster continuous innovation.
  • Strong stakeholder management across engineering, architecture, analytics, automation, and partner product teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to regularly share the product vision and clarify requirements to deliver features.
  • Proven ability to define problems, assess platform context, and evaluate technologies and approaches to solve customer problems.
  • Experience building and managing technical product roadmaps, including API driven capabilities, end-to-end.
  • Capability to define, track, and manage product success metrics such as cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and prioritization across multiple initiatives and teams, and to build strong partnerships with the Quad to achieve results.
