Job Description

In this Senior Product Manager position, you will take end-to-end ownership of the strategic value, usability, and performance for one or more digital products. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, design, and engineering to define problems, establish measurable outcomes, manage tradeoffs, and deliver customer-facing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and align outcomes by partnering with stakeholders to clarify problems, set business and UX goals, and establish target KPIs and measurement plans.
  • Translate strategy into buildable work by creating clear requirements, including epics, user stories, and techno-functional specs, while defining success criteria.
  • Manage prioritization across multiple deliverables and cross-team dependencies to support execution.
  • Drive execution and learning by leading feature delivery and communicating updates, including executive-ready content.
  • Run feature readouts with insights and iterate based on results.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in a related field).
  • 7+ years delivering complex products in a technology environment.
  • 5+ years using analytics and optimization tools to inform product planning and prioritization.
  • 5+ years partnering with design and engineering to deliver customer-facing features, including building roadmaps/backlogs and writing or refining user stories.
  • Master’s degree / MBA.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile development practices, methodologies, and tools.
  • Technical knowledge of web and mobile applications, with comfort collaborating deeply with engineering.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority, communicate clearly, and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree / MBA.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile development practices, methodologies, and tools.
  • Technical knowledge of web and mobile applications, with comfort collaborating deeply with engineering.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority, communicate clearly, and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Location

  • Location: Nashville, TN (onsite)
  • Salary: USD 118,900 - 198,100 per year
