Associate Digital Product Manager
Job Description
This hybrid role based in Batesville, IN supports the strategy, development, and optimization of digital products serving B2B and B2C audiences at Batesville.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain digital product roadmaps by collecting user feedback, competitive insights, and market signals to surface high-value features.
- Translate business and partner needs into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and lightweight wireframes or prototypes to improve cross-functional alignment and reduce rework.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver features on schedule and within scope across multiple agile sprints.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and verify new functionality to ensure quality and alignment with customer needs before release.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring items are well defined, sized appropriately, and aligned with roadmap goals.
- Prototype concepts rapidly using AI tools and vibe coding techniques to generate proofs of concept and accelerate documentation or analysis workflows.
- Participate in user research activities including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and data analysis to inform prioritization decisions.
- Assist with product launches by preparing release notes, coordinating deliverables (including sales enablement materials), and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, demos, retrospectives, and the development and execution of test plans.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in Business, Marketing, Information Sciences, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of product management, digital product development, or equivalent experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of the product lifecycle from discovery through iteration.
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.
- Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
- Familiarity with road mapping and prioritization frameworks.
- Interest or experience with AI-assisted development tools and generative AI for prototyping, analysis, and workflow automation.
- Curiosity about applying AI and automation to product development and customer experience; ability to assess new tools and recommend adoption when appropriate.
- Customer-focused mindset for scalable, user-centered digital solutions.
- Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, or A/B testing.
- Understanding of B2B and B2C user journeys.
- Ability to use product metrics and user behavior data to inform prioritization.
- Must be able to travel 10% of the time.
