Associate Product Manager – Temperature Portfolio

This fully remote role focuses on the Temperature portfolio at Dwyer Instruments, placing you at the intersection of industrial sensing, pricing strategy, and portfolio management. It offers exposure to organic product development and acquisition-driven expansion, with a clear path to advancing into a Product Manager role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in product management, technical sales, business analysis, or similar roles (industrial or technical products preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work with ambiguity and turn data into actionable insights
• Strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to challenge assumptions
• Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward learning and ownership
• Basic understanding of product development processes
• Willingness to travel (~10–25%)

Salary

Salary: USD 70,000 - 100,000 per year
