Construction Product Manager
Job Description
Onsite Construction Product Manager role in Fort Worth, TX, focused on field-driven product lifecycle from ideation to launch and market adoption.
Responsibilities
- Interact with field end users and contractors to capture insights, validate concepts, and uncover unmet market needs.
- Turn local market feedback into actionable inputs for the global R&D pipeline and verify local fit for global initiatives.
- Lead the New Product Development agenda, shaping products from market needs and leadership direction; collaborate with R&D to bring new products to market and grow market share.
- Conduct hands-on testing in real-world environments, including construction sites, to confirm performance, usability, and alignment with customer expectations.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product development, innovation, and go-to-market strategies.
- Coordinate project timelines and status updates to maintain schedules; set deadlines, monitor progress, summarize findings, and prepare status reports; ensure launch processes are followed across cross-functional teams.
- Train end users, distributors, and internal personnel on proper application techniques via in-person and virtual demonstrations.
- Oversee quality assurance by receiving, documenting, and submitting product claims to headquarters.
- Maintain and improve technical documentation (TDS, SDS) and partner with Headquarters Compliance to ensure compliance with local chemical regulations.
- Utilize the Selena PIM system to manage and maintain accurate product information.
- Support trade marketing efforts, including trade shows, product demonstrations, and marketing communications.
- Communicate with colleagues, management, staff, customers, and external partners in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Comply with all local regulations, company policies, work procedures, and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- From $65,000 per year
