  • Own the product roadmap and features alongside the software engineering team, translating customer needs into practical tradeoffs across technology, business, and customer experience.
  • Take a hands-on approach as an individual contributor across different facets of the product, including building features and products from 0 to 1.
  • Serve as product lead for cafeteria products and drive cross-functional execution with software engineers, support, and sales.
  • Build and drive numerous customer integrations simultaneously while keeping initiatives aligned to product strategy and growth.
  • Conceptualize, scope, define, and drive projects through the full product life cycle.
  • Partner with customer success and marketing to validate, launch, support, and monitor new features.
  • Track and measure release success, then feed learnings back into the roadmap.
  • Learn and master industry-specific requirements and challenges as they arise.
  • Develop a strong understanding of multiple customer verticals across different countries, including cafeterias, convenience stores, sports stadiums, and airports.

What you bring

  • B.S. in Computer Science or higher (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong product sense and a mature focus on delivering a great customer experience for developers, customers, and clients.
  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, including at least one complete product development cycle from concept through introduction.
  • Passion for user experience, with the ability to inspire and educate designers and engineers using thought-provoking objectives and customer-centric use cases.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, including experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams and individuals (internal and external).
  • Proven ability to build rapport, credibility, and influence across teams to drive results.
  • Self-starter mindset with proactive, team-focused motivation and a bias for action.

Benefits and perks
