Product Manager

Fast Growing Startup is building an AI-powered platform to support scalable, data-driven healthcare workflows. This onsite Product Manager role in New York, NY partners closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to turn product strategy into usable features that improve healthcare experiences.

In this full-time position, you will shape the roadmap, define requirements and user stories, and drive cross-functional execution. You will also use research, usability testing, and product analytics to keep improvements grounded in real user needs and measurable impact.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user-centric product features.
• Partner with senior product leaders to support product vision, strategy, and roadmap development.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to spot opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Collect, prioritize, and document product requirements, converting them into clear user stories.
• Design early concepts through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides to support consistency across products.
• Run user research and usability testing, then analyze feedback to improve usability and overall experience.
• Ensure features are responsive and aligned with accessibility standards and brand requirements.
• Track and analyze key product metrics to evaluate performance and product impact.
• Write and maintain product documentation, including specifications and release notes.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and project timelines to support delivery.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to maintain alignment on product goals.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, best practices, and emerging technologies.

What you’ll bring

• 3–4 years of experience in product management, UX/UI design, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with product and design tools including Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Jira, Trello, and/or Confluence.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability testing, and accessibility standards including WCAG.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Prior experience in tech, SaaS, or digital product companies.

Compensation and benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 95,000 per year.
