Job Description

Morning Brew Inc. is building the products and tools that power its Revenue organization, and it’s looking for a Product Manager, Revenue to help scale internal revenue capabilities end to end. This role focuses on owning and improving parts of the internal revenue product suite, partnering closely with revenue stakeholders, and leading projects from discovery through launch and iteration.

About the role

You will own a defined subset of Morning Brew’s internal revenue product suite, covering both ongoing maintenance and net-new builds. Over time, there is room to expand your scope across additional areas of the revenue tech stack, including products that do not exist yet.

  • Work in a tight pod with a Senior Revenue PM, two product engineers, a data engineer, and a product designer.
  • Lead projects end-to-end: discovery and user interviews, scoping and prioritization, testing, training, launch, and iteration.
  • Balance day-to-day platform health with larger initiatives, improving user-facing details while advancing bigger bets.
  • Translate stakeholder workflow gaps into clear product opportunities, requirements, and priorities.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, prototyping, and routine work, then validate learnings with users before making product decisions.
  • Define and track success metrics for your product area.
  • Build trust with revenue stakeholders by communicating tradeoffs clearly, following through on commitments, and keeping teams proactively updated.

What you bring

  • 2+ years of product management experience, ideally at a media, consumer, or content company, or in an internal tooling role.
  • Comfort working closely with revenue teams and curiosity about how they operate.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve how you work, including prototyping, synthesizing feedback, or reducing repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to question outputs and validate with people and data.
  • Genuine curiosity about how media businesses make money, paired with excitement for behind-the-scenes work that enables revenue teams.
  • Strong user empathy and a track record of turning stakeholder pain points into decisions that drive lasting improvements.
  • Strong critical thinking and the judgment to prioritize across competing requests.
  • Deep collaboration skills, with strong verbal and written communication.
  • Well-organized execution with strong attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, open-minded approach to unfamiliar problems and willingness to keep learning as tools and the business evolve.

Technologies

  • AI tools
  • One Medical
  • Calm app

Compensation and location

  • Location: New York, NY (remote)
  • Salary: USD 130,000 per year
  • Final offers will be made within the provided salary range, commensurate with experience, with a total offer package that includes the benefits described below.

Product and company context

The Product team at Morning Brew Inc. brings together product management, engineering, and product design to build customer-facing experiences and internal tools that support editorial and advertising work across more than a dozen brands. The role is remote-friendly for all candidates, and the position reports to the company’s SVP of Product.

What success looks like

  • Trusted relationships with revenue stakeholders, with Product viewed as a responsive, reliable partner.
  • Measurable reduction of manual or spreadsheet-based processes within your product area.
  • Clear roadmap decisions that balance stakeholder needs with platform scalability.
  • Consistent pod collaboration across engineering, data, and design that keeps work moving without heavy oversight.
  • Growing domain expertise that positions you to own a broader portion of revenue product work over time.

Benefits

  • Adjustable standing desk or cozy corner, plus free coffee and snacks at the new two-story office space in NYC’s Flatiron District.
  • 401(k) employer match.
  • Premium health, vision, and dental plans.

AI tools in the hiring process

Morning Brew Inc. may use AI tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses to identify potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools support the recruitment team but do not replace human judgment, and final hiring decisions are made by humans.

  • Empathy: building trust and human connections.
  • Inclusivity: people of color, women, people with disabilities, veterans, and LGBTQIA+ candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Curiosity: deliberate inquiry and exploration.
  • Accountability: celebrating successes and owning failures.
  • Bias Toward Action: quick and calculated risk-taking.
  • Challenger Mentality: staying hungry to create more value.
  • Clarity of Purpose: understanding the “why” in the work.

Brief Brew history

Morning Brew Inc. was founded in 2015 by two entrepreneurial college students who noticed their peers were not consuming legacy media resources about business and finance news, despite wanting to learn about those topics. The company has grown into a multi-channel media organization operating 20+ unique content franchises, with a majority stake acquired by Axel Springer SE in 2020 and full ownership in February 2025.
