Job Description
Own the strategy and execution plan for Salesforce workflow orchestration and related enterprise initiatives at MassMutual.
Responsibilities
- Create product and delivery strategy by defining business goals, scope, and a roadmap for implementing the Salesforce CRM platform and other large-scale strategic MassMutual initiatives.
- Partner with leadership and cross-enterprise teams to execute the advisor and customer engagement strategy (including Operational areas, MMLIS, ETX, Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, and others).
- Shape the long-term vision for how MassMutual equips advisors and delivers service to customers.
- Define and prioritize product features to meet current and future customer and advisor needs.
- Collaborate across business areas (Operations, ETX, vendors, and subject matter experts) to deliver tools that optimize technology, improve service interactions, and drive business value.
- Lead prioritization, scope, and timing of Salesforce deliverables.
- Develop business requirements aligned to strategic outcomes.
- Remove obstacles and evaluate risks across multi-phase work.
- Make key decisions that guide project direction and timelines.
- Ensure each business area is operationally ready for transitions with minimal service impact.
- Maintain transparency on strategy, status, decisions, and challenges through consistent stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years equivalent work experience in business consulting or project management in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years working with various project delivery models: agile, waterfall, hybrid.
- 5+ years experience with Salesforce, Genesys, or other enterprise CRM / Client Engagement platforms.
- Strong data analysis skills, including experience managing complex and multiple data resources.
- Ability to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Financial acumen, including tracking and reporting benefit realization.
- Knowledge of systems, processes, and workflows within operations.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting complex information clearly.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented, capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and in ambiguous situations.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business priorities and maintain a strong work ethic.
- Strategic, big-picture thinking to understand how pieces connect.
- Ability to manage work across current and sometimes competing priorities.
- Collaborate across diverse teams and organizations and influence outcomes.

Location and compensation
- Location: Springfield, MA (hybrid)
- Salary: USD 134,400 - 176,400 per year
