Program Product Manager
Job Description
Energetiq Technology Inc is seeking a Program Product Manager to drive delivery and commercialization of Laser Driven Light Sources (LDLS®) programs from planning through customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional execution of product development activities with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and sales
- Manage schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables across multiple programs
- Maintain alignment across customer requirements, engineering development, and production readiness
- Coordinate new product introductions (NPI), including timelines and deliverables
- Keep organized documentation for program status, dependencies, and action items
- Support creation of product requirements and specifications and related program documentation, including MRDs
- Assist with maintaining product roadmaps, configurations, and lifecycle tracking
- Support pricing analysis, cost models, and business case development
- Contribute to market research and competitive analysis
- Interface with OEM customers to support product specifications, requirements, and technical discussions
- Assist with handling customer requests, reliability issues, and feedback
- Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals
- Participate in customer meetings, ensuring clear documentation and follow-up
- Support resolution of technical and operational issues that impact delivery
- Assist with preparation of presentations, datasheets, and sales enablement materials
- Coordinate inventory planning with manufacturing
- Maintain accurate reporting for program tracking and customer interactions
- Participate in conferences and industry events as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in product, program, or customer-facing technical roles
- Experience working with OEM customers strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and program management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Strong technical aptitude and communication with engineering teams
- Customer-facing experience managing technical discussions or requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Semiconductor capital equipment, photonics, or critical subsystems experience is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing technical products or programs in semiconductor, photonics, optics, laser, or scientific instrumentation industries
- Experience supporting NPI and product commercialization efforts
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes and tools
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, capital equipment, or critical subsystems
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience developing product requirements, MRDs, and business cases
- Strong analytical skills including pricing analysis, cost modeling, and market research
- Experience presenting technical information to customers, executives, and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of reliability testing, failure analysis, and customer issue resolution processes
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus
- MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus
- Experience working with international customers, suppliers, or global teams
