The Senior Digital Product Manager for Cards Monetization and Deepening at U.S. Bank National Association guides a data-driven product vision and roadmap focused on optimizing offer placements in digital channels, strengthening customer relationships, and reducing friction across digital and human interactions.
Compensation
Salary: USD 133,365 - 156,900 per year.
Location and Hybrid Work
Location: Atlanta, GA. This role operates on a hybrid model, typically requiring three days per week in the office with flexibility on the remaining days.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize work using a data-driven approach to maximize outcomes for end users and internal partners.
- Continuously measure and optimize digital experiences to support seamless self-service and human-assisted interactions.
- Advocate for reusable capabilities to enable cost-effective scale and faster time to market.
- Leverage market insights, customer needs, and internal priorities to shape the digital product vision.
- Define a best-in-class future-state user journey and articulate how the experience drives competitive differentiation.
- Align the digital product vision with enabling functions to create an integrated delivery roadmap.
- Regularly re-evaluate priorities during planning to optimize capacity against value creation.
- Apply Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to guide roadmap priorities.
- Integrate digital products, platforms, and capabilities to deliver value through an enhanced user experience.
- Promote modernization and reuse of digital platforms across the enterprise to improve speed to market, operational efficiency, and risk/compliance adherence.
- Drive digital product development by actively managing the roadmap through the agile delivery lifecycle.
- Utilize Discovery to evaluate ideas with a customer-centric approach to determine value.
- Enable cross-channel strategy by delivering integrated digital solutions across web, mobile, voice, and in-person interactions to boost adoption and engagement.
- Identify initial and ongoing product-market fit in collaboration with cross-functional teams, delivering research briefs, personas, story maps, prototyping, product charters, and experience mapping.
- Develop a north star metric (NSM) that links business outcomes to customer value and unites stakeholders around a common goal.
- Continuously measure performance against NSM targets to manage progress toward the product vision and strategy.
- Leverage NSM and leading indicators to optimize execution and maintain focus on high-value work.

Location Expectations
This position is hybrid. Team members typically spend three days per week at the designated U.S. Bank location and have flexibility for the remaining days.
