Senior/Product Manager

INVIVOSCRIBE INC is seeking a Senior/Product Manager to lead strategic product marketing work across a portfolio of high-complexity molecular and flow cytometry products and services. This role supports revenue and profitability by guiding initiatives through the full product lifecycle, from concept to maturity, with cross-functional leadership across geographies. The position is based onsite in San Diego, CA 92121.

What you’ll do

• Own the marketing strategy for a portfolio of high-complexity products and/or services, spanning concept through maturity.
• Manage commercial product lifecycle activities, including planning, positioning, product requirements development, product launch, product maintenance, and post-market surveillance for the product portfolio.
• Run voice-of-customer (VoC) programs and competitive intelligence efforts to uncover market opportunities and shape product development priorities.
• Support product pipeline growth by identifying and drafting proposals for the Project Review Board for new and enhanced products and services.
• Lead cross-functional work to develop and evolve clinically relevant, high-quality products and clinical services, using market research and competitive analysis to define design requirements and feature prioritization.
• Create sales enablement tools and train key stakeholders on product positioning and messaging that differentiates INVIVOSCRIBE INC’s products from competitors.
• Plan and execute KOL engagement strategies for major conferences and industry events, including speaker selection, scientific messaging alignment, and post-event follow-up.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns that educate target audiences on the unique value proposition and advantages of the products and services.
• Manage technical documentation and labeling in various languages.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or other related discipline, with typically 5+ years of progressive marketing experience at a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company.
• MBA degree is highly advantageous.
• Proven success leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across multiple geographies or market segments.
• Oncology, MRD, and NGS experience is highly advantageous.
• Experience with clinically regulated testing is advantageous.

Compensation and benefits
