Job Description

U.S. Bank is building a complex Salesforce and Agentforce platform ecosystem, bringing together customer experience, digital, technology, and business strategy. In this role, you’ll define and drive the long-term product vision and roadmap, aligning stakeholders across the enterprise to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret business data using multiple techniques to support business needs and product requirements.
  • Serve as the connective link between U.S. Bank, customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategy to identify and prioritize product and portfolio opportunities, and establish product vision, charter, and roadmap.
  • Define product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize features and epics, break work into actionable steps, and support product discovery, design, development, and delivery.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle across visioning, discovery, planning, design, development, launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
  • Drive long-term strategy and evolving platform capabilities by anticipating changing customer needs, market dynamics, emerging technologies, and industry standards.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to establish product charters, define outcomes, align priorities, and enable enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Manage and prioritize product roadmaps using OKRs, business metrics, customer insights, and performance indicators, while balancing trade-offs across modernization, risk, technology debt, constraints, and stakeholder priorities.
  • Own platform capabilities spanning Salesforce and Agentforce, including integrations and partnerships with RIVA, Marketo, Marketing Cloud, Seismic, and Data360.
  • Establish and evolve platform design standards and reusable capabilities, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, observable, compliant, and built for long-term ecosystem growth.
  • Lead highly matrixed teams across product, technology, data, AI/ML, risk, compliance, legal, and business stakeholders to deliver strong customer and business outcomes.
  • Foster alignment among channel, sales, credit, operations, technology, and digital partners to ensure coherent delivery and customer experiences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions related to platform investments, ecosystem development, risk posture, and innovation priorities.
  • Define success metrics and OKRs across customer outcomes, adoption, developer experience, platform health, operational performance, integration velocity, and business growth.
  • Use data, analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to continuously improve performance and optimize outcomes while reinforcing a culture of accountability, customer centricity, innovation, and product excellence.

Required qualifications

  • Product management experience.
  • Salesforce experience preferred or required based on business need.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Expertise in the interdependencies among product model system elements, with the ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics, key performance indicators, design systems, service blueprints, and reusability.
  • Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities and internal and external customer needs while consistently adding value.
  • Strong customer centricity to ensure positive customer experiences across touch points.
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of software products, including the ability to design, configure, and integrate technical elements.
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working, and experience assessing and controlling organizational exposure to risks using risk management approaches.
  • Experience leading complex platform or product teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce and product management.
  • Preferred: product P&L, product strategy, vision and planning, product discovery, product development, channel alignment and management, adoption, customer experience research, insight and execution, Agile ways of working, go-to-market and sales channels, performance measurement and optimization, marketing and analytics, and customer centricity.

Location: San Francisco, CA (onsite)

Compensation: USD 170,255 - 200,300 per yearly
