Job Description

Victoria's Secret & Co offers a world leading specialty retail environment recognized globally for innovation and excellence in lingerie and fashion. This benefits-forward Senior Product Manager role combines strategic roadmapping with hands-on delivery across two critical technology domains, Centric PLM and Supply Chain Planning. You will partner with Product Development, Sourcing, Merchandising, MP&A, production, and operations to drive data integrity, adoption, and end-to-end delivery that informs better business decisions and enhances operational efficiency. This onsite position is based in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, and comes with a salary that reflects experience and impact.

Location: Reynoldsburg, Ohio (onsite)

Compensation: USD 128,500 – 175,245 per year

Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize roadmaps for Centric PLM and Supply Chain Planning based on clear business value and ROI.
  • Translate S&OP and S&OE requirements, along with PLM and sourcing needs, into a unified, prioritized capability roadmap.
  • Secure funding and executive alignment for major initiatives across both domains.
  • Track and report ROI on technology investments and enhancements.
  • Evaluate build versus buy decisions and guide selection of planning tools or custom solutions appropriate to business maturity.
  • Make informed trade-offs across scope, timing, and effort to maximize impact.
  • Drive business value through system adoption and optimization.
  • Identify areas of low adoption or inefficient use across PLM and Planning and implement targeted improvements.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enhancements across PLM and Planning—from requirements through deployment.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with product development, sourcing, MP&A, production, technical, materials, color, and vendor teams.
  • Partner with MP&A, Demand Planning, Production, RM, Product Development, and Sourcing to gather and document requirements.
  • Design sourcing allocation logic with production capacity constraints and MRP logic to derive raw material requirements from BOMs, open orders, and current inventory.
  • Configure replenishment strategies by product segment using approaches such as min/max, time-phased, and reorder point.
  • Leverage Snowflake as the central data platform integrating PLM master data, Salesforce BOM/costing data, and MP&A demand plans.
  • Ensure planning functionality supports both S&OP (monthly) and S&OE (near-term execution) cycles.
  • Lead requirements definition with a business-first mindset, emphasizing flow, user efficiency, scalability, and future adaptability.
  • Write detailed functional requirements and collaborate with developers on technical design.
  • Own backlog prioritization and sequencing for both domains.
  • Own PLM and Planning data structure, governance, and integration with related tools (including Snowflake and Salesforce costing).
  • Define and maintain master data standards for planning—lead times, safety stock, MOQs, BOM structures, and capacity parameters.
  • Enable BOM explosion logic to derive raw material requirements from finished goods demand.
  • Ensure alignment between PLM BOM, Salesforce costing information, and planning master data.
  • Develop and monitor data quality metrics and scorecards; lead resolution of data issues.
  • Enable non-PLM and non-planning teams to leverage data for decision-making and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain views, dashboards, and reports in PLM and corporate reporting tools (scorecards, self-service reporting).
  • Enable planning analytics and reporting by defining dashboards and scorecards to track performance (forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, RM shortage rates).

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in product management, systems ownership, or supply chain planning roles, ideally spanning PLM and planning functions.
  • Hands-on experience administering or managing Centric PLM or an equivalent enterprise PLM platform.
  • Direct experience with S&OP and S&OE; familiarity with planning tools or built planning logic and the mechanics behind them.
  • Deep understanding of planning fundamentals including time series demand planning, lead times, BOM explosions, MRP logic, inventory management, open order netting, reserved capacity, and replenishment strategies.
  • Experience with planning master data such as lead times, MOQs, safety stock, BOM structures, and yield factors.
  • Proven track record of owning and improving cross-functional enterprise tools, from roadmap planning to requirements gathering, testing, training, and adoption.
  • Strong data governance experience and the ability to work with large, complex datasets; Snowflake or similar data platforms are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive user adoption, training, and process optimization across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quantify value and business impact.
  • Strong project management and prioritization capabilities; adept at managing competing demands across two functional domains.
  • Skilled in creating business cases and tracking KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable interfacing with executives, business partners, and technical teams.
  • Pragmatic, incremental approach to solution design that aligns with current business maturity while building toward a longer-term vision.
