Lead Product Manager

Lennar is seeking an individual contributor Lead Product Manager for HR Technology and Associate Experience. This onsite role in Miami focuses on shaping the strategy and execution of mission-critical Associate journeys and internal platform capabilities, with cross-functional leadership and mentoring included.

Role Overview

As Lead Product Manager, you will define and drive the roadmap for enterprise Associate experiences and HR Operations outcomes. You will partner with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and platform capabilities, with a specific focus on Service Now. You will also set product standards, measure progress through success metrics, and mentor other PMs by sharing frameworks and modeling strong product thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for the enterprise Associate experience, with clear point of view and focus on HR Operations and business outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and key stakeholders to ship high-quality features and platform capabilities, specifically in Service Now.
• Drive adoption of product standards, playbooks, and quality benchmarks across teams.
• Manage product development efforts across multiple teams to ensure alignment on vision, sequencing, and delivery.
• Translate complex technical and business inputs into compelling narratives that support informed decision-making.
• Set and track success metrics to show progress, impact, and areas for improvement.
• Build credibility with senior leaders through data-backed product updates, risks, and recommendations.
• Mentor PMs by sharing frameworks, providing feedback, and demonstrating exceptional product thinking.
• Drive continuous improvement by codifying repeatable best practices for how products are built and shipped.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant area); working experience as Product Owner preferred.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years at a senior or lead level within cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, high-stakes initiatives across teams and functions.
• Strong product judgment and craft, including a track record of shipping impactful products at scale.
• Experience setting product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Ability to synthesize complex problems and communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stakeholder management skills, particularly in matrixed or distributed organizations.
• Deep curiosity and customer empathy, with regular assumption validation and user-centered building.
• Comfort with ambiguity and change, bringing structure and focus to evolving environments.
• Passion for mentoring others and improving overall product function quality.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
• Experience with HR Service Delivery, Employee center pro, or Service Now AI capabilities.

Location and Work Setup

Miami, FL (onsite). This is primarily a sedentary office position requiring the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, and lift and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
