Sr Product Manager - Technical, Ring and Blink Security & Privacy Product (ProdSec)

Senior Product Manager - Technical for Ring and Blink Security & Privacy (ProdSec) based onsite in Bellevue, WA, with a salary range of USD 151,200 to 204,600 per year.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of Ring and Blink authentication flows (password and OTP) and device ownership transfer experiences. Set roadmap priorities, define success criteria, and balance security with a smooth user experience.
• Conduct strategic assessments of current approaches, challenge assumptions, and decide when to improve existing solutions or launch new ones. Drive clarity in areas with ambiguity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Legal, Security, Privacy, Customer Experience, and Operations to deliver impactful solutions. Align stakeholders around approach and priorities.
• Design product improvements aimed at reducing customer support volume for sign-in, account creation, and device transfer issues.
• Define metrics and instrumentation to measure product health, adoption, and user friction; use data to prioritize work and justify investments.
• Partner with engineering to assess feasibility, understand system constraints, and ensure scalable solutions; collaborate with TPMs on delivering emerging authentication programs.
• Take ownership of in-progress initiatives (for example deceased account holder device transfer) and shepherd them from concept to launch.
• Adopt an AI-first development approach within the RBKS Builders model to accelerate delivery, leveraging AI tools to prototype, draft documentation, and shorten timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product management or program management experience
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience delivering features and navigating tradeoffs to balance product needs
• Experience representing and advocating for diverse customers and stakeholders during executive prioritization and planning
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, security, design, legal, and customer support
