Job Description

A Technical Product Manager 2 leads the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of emerging Digital Asset, Tokenization, Stablecoin, and Payment capabilities, serving as the bridge between Engineering, Architecture, Product, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Executive leadership to advance financial services infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Align product objectives with enterprise business goals, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize features; ensure delivery of marketable capabilities for all U.S. Bank engineering teams while collaborating with agile teams.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to drive end-to-end product delivery.
  • Develop, analyze, monitor, and report on performance metrics from internal and external sources to identify key trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain ownership of product backlogs, epics, user stories, and prioritization decisions.
  • Ensure technical solutions meet business, operational, security, and performance objectives.
  • Build strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Treasury, and Executive Leadership.
  • Influence stakeholders across multiple business lines without direct authority.
  • Drive alignment on priorities, risks, dependencies, and strategic outcomes.
  • Define and track product KPIs, OKRs, adoption metrics, and operational performance measures.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes through data-informed decision making.

Location expectations

  • This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week.
