Job Description
Responsibilities
- Align product objectives with enterprise business goals, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities.
- Engage with key stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize features; ensure delivery of marketable capabilities for all U.S. Bank engineering teams while collaborating with agile teams.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to drive end-to-end product delivery.
- Develop, analyze, monitor, and report on performance metrics from internal and external sources to identify key trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain ownership of product backlogs, epics, user stories, and prioritization decisions.
- Ensure technical solutions meet business, operational, security, and performance objectives.
- Build strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Treasury, and Executive Leadership.
- Influence stakeholders across multiple business lines without direct authority.
- Drive alignment on priorities, risks, dependencies, and strategic outcomes.
- Define and track product KPIs, OKRs, adoption metrics, and operational performance measures.
- Drive measurable business outcomes through data-informed decision making.

Location expectations
- This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week.
