Job Description

As a Wealth Salesforce Product Owner at U.S. Bank National Association, you will own platform capabilities across the Wealth Salesforce and Agentforce ecosystem. The role covers integrations and partnerships, platform design standards, and reusable capabilities to support secure, scalable, reliable, observable, and compliant solutions for long-term ecosystem growth.

Compensation

  • Pay Range: USD 149,515 - 175,900 per year

Summary

You will establish and evolve platform design standards and reusable capabilities for the Wealth Salesforce and Agentforce ecosystem. You will also ensure the platform and its integrations deliver secure, scalable, reliable, observable, compliant outcomes that support ongoing ecosystem expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret business data using a range of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.
  • Connect U.S. Bank priorities across customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategy to identify and prioritize product or portfolio opportunities, and define product vision, charter, and roadmap.
  • Define product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize features or epics, and break work into actionable steps that support product discovery, design, development, and delivery.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and drive the product roadmap by leveraging OKRs.
  • Create product direction in coordination with agile, experience design, technology, and risk partners to achieve business and customer outcomes.
  • For technical products, understand technical features, contribute to debt reduction, and support modernization aligned with product technology requirements.
  • Own platform capabilities for the Wealth Salesforce and Agentforce ecosystem, including integrations and partnerships with RIVA, Marketo, Marketing Cloud, Seismic, and Data360.
  • Establish and evolve platform design standards and reusable capabilities.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, observable, compliant, and designed to support long-term ecosystem growth.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Expertise in critical interdependencies among product model system elements that impact performance, with the ability to plan and design solutions using business metrics, key performance indicators, design systems, service blueprints, and reusability.
  • Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities and internal or external customer needs while consistently adding value.
  • Strong customer centricity to ensure customers have a positive experience with products and services at every touch point.
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of software products, including the ability to design, configure, and integrate technical components.
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working and risk assessment and control processes, tools, and techniques, with the ability to apply risk management appropriately across situations.
  • Preferred: product PnL, product strategy, vision and planning, product discovery, product development, channel alignment and management, adoption, customer experience research, insight and execution, go-to-market and sales channels, performance measurement and optimization, marketing and analytics, and agile ways of working.
