Agentic Product Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own and implement the engagement and adoption strategy for the agentic experience, defining entry points, proactive messaging, and notification schemas that boost discoverability and repeat usage.
- Lead user research and behavioral data analysis to surface friction points and opportunities along the customer journey, translating insights into a prioritized roadmap of initiatives.
- Steward a backlog spanning messaging, engagement surfaces, and channel integrations, ensuring alignment with the broader agentic strategic roadmap.
- Design and monitor the engagement metrics framework, including adoption, habituation, message click-through, and retention, and collaborate with analytics to define go/no-go criteria across rollout phases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with a proven focus on customer engagement, growth, or digital channel strategy.
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, with strong fluency in behavioral analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making.
- Proven ability to drive adoption and engagement across complex multi-channel digital products, including push notifications, in-app messaging, and proactive customer communications.
- Strong stakeholder management enabling alignment of cross-functional teams (Channels, Communications, Marketing, Analytics) and independent decision making.
