The Senior IT Product Manager for Cell Therapy Digital Products at Kite Pharma, onsite in Santa Monica, leads product strategy, delivery, and cross-functional collaboration across Kite Konnect digital products for Commercial, Clinical, and Technical Operations. The role offers a salary range of USD 153,935 to 199,210 per year.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and end users to guide products from discovery through delivery, adoption, and realized business value.
• Design and launch new features that enrich the customer experience, increase product usage, and enable scalable growth.
• Develop a deep understanding of Kite's strategic goals and how the global Kite Konnect digital products can influence them, including patient enrollment and cell order submission, aphaeresis collection, supply chain orchestration, and case management.
• Direct the execution of prioritized product initiatives across global, cross-functional teams and partners to achieve high-quality, scalable outcomes.
• Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring impact and value are reflected in requirements, design decisions, and delivery plans.
• Apply data-informed prioritization by leveraging product metrics, user insights, and analytics to shape and evolve the product roadmap.
• Own the technology strategy for the product, addressing technical debt and managing third-party integrations within the ecosystem.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to align engineering efforts with business partners and strategic objectives.
• Promote a mature product operating model and progressively adopt best practices across the lifecycle.
• Build strategic relationships with delivery and service partners to support product execution.
• Utilize modern software development practices and tools, including Agile, Jira, and DevOps.
• Review and approve system documentation, operational procedures, and product user guides.
• Collect ongoing feedback from end users and stakeholders and collaborate with the product team to incorporate this into roadmaps for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's Degree and Eight Years' Experience
