Senior Lead Digital Product Manager (Executive Director)
Job Description
This senior leadership role at Wells Fargo focuses on defining and guiding the Merchant Services strategy within Corporate and Commercial Banking. The position embeds Merchant Services into core bank journeys to enable growth, cross-sell, onboarding, and improved servicing, with an emphasis on faster time to revenue in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Define the digital product strategy for Merchant Services across Corporate and Commercial segments.
- Advise senior leadership on priorities, investments, roadmaps, and long-term product direction.
- Develop business cases and six-quarter roadmaps designed to drive growth, cross-sell, operational efficiency, and quicker revenue realization.
- Translate strategy into high level requirements, use cases, and success metrics for agile delivery teams.
- Collaborate across the enterprise to resolve complex business challenges and align stakeholders for execution.
- Support product planning, delivery, and business readiness with strong governance and controls.
- Oversee co-supplier funding and identify AI and external partner opportunities to accelerate outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or an equivalent combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
Job Expectations
- Onsite presence at one of the listed locations in a hybrid work schedule.
- Flexibility to support global teams across time zones.
